Sanders Construction Services was formed in 1994 as a construction management firm working directly with clients as an owner/builder construction manager. Our long-term relationships with our clients, established on trust, honesty, and integrity has been the key to our current success as a full service design-build General Contractor. SCS was founded on the principle that we must constantly commit ourselves to improvement, and position ourselves to provide our clients with “hands on” service for each project undertaken, regardless of the size. The qualifications of SCS have been established by the numerous years our staff has worked in the industry on various types of buildings including: high rise and low rise office buildings, apartment buildings, parking structures, OSHPOD projects, retail centers, tilt-up buildings, churches, banks, hotels, industrial complexes, medical office buildings, sanitation facilities, sport venues, hospitals, laboratories and surgery centers. We are experts in both shell and core work, as well as fast tracking T.I. projects.

One of our most valuable contributions to a design team is our thorough knowledge and understanding of the various types of construction and practical building methodology. We have construction masonry buildings, subterranean, long beam, flat slab, pre-cast and architectural poured in place as well as wood frame, pre-fabricated buildings, and tenant interiors.
