As Founder and President of Sanders Construction Services, Pat Sanders leads his construction teams with amazing attention to detail and expects nothing short of excellence on any project.

Pat’s comprehensive construction experience extends 37 years when he first started in the industry as a concrete carpenter. The first 16 years of his experience was obtained with Saffell & McAdam Builders, Inc., where he rapidly progressed from a concrete carpenter, to a concrete foreman, and into a senior superintendent position. His diversified knowledge regarding the construction of commercial, industrial, institutional, medical facilities, are highlighted by his expertise in architectural poured-in-place concrete, parking structures, precast and masonry buildings.

For the past 20 years, Pat has been President of Sanders Construction Services. During this time, he has overseen the pre-construction services, construction management, value engineering, project preliminary estimates, and general contracting for our clients.

Pat brings a wealth of hands-on field experience to each project undertaken; the ingenuity of his value engineering, accuracy of construction cost, and constructability review for each project is firmly grounded from the actual experience of years of quality construction principles.

Pat’s attention to detail, honesty, dedicated work ethics, and conscientious service have always provided a positive atmosphere for open communications between the owners, design consultants, and sub-contractors.
