SCS has implemented an Internal Subcontractor Quality Control (ISQC), in which all of our subcontractors and suppliers are reviewed and rated after each project. We also track their bid responses for competitive pricing and competent responsiveness. At the end of each project we collect comments from the architect, engineers, and clients to evaluate the performance and quality of each subcontractor.
We then analyze all of our collected ISQC information to rate our subcontractors into groups that would be the most competitive and responsive to our client’s project need.
At the end of the day, we are confident that we can clearly demonstrate to our clients that we have selected highly qualified and competitive subcontractors to complete their projects.
