"Pat Sanders approaches every project as a team member. He was instrumental in finding positive solutions to any issue that arose during our Olen Pointe project. His attention to detail was incredible. Instead of receiving several problem calls daily, Pat would keep me updated weekly with the progress and problems he was facing. There were no surprises or glitches, the whole venture ran very smoothly. His ability to keep this job on schedule was truly commendable; we had three solid months of rain after breaking ground and still managed to finish according to the original schedule.
